Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

Please refer to the product page for our current turnaround times – this is how long it takes us to handcraft your item before dispatch. Once it's ready, we’ll ship it using the delivery method you selected at checkout.

Our standard shipping option is Royal Mail 2nd Class (untracked). This service does not include step-by-step tracking and typically arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Please note: processing time is separate from delivery time and varies by product – this is shown clearly on each product page.

During busy periods like Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Easter, 2nd Class delivery can take up to 10 working days. Some made-to-order items (such as Save the Date cards) may have longer processing times, which will be clearly stated on the listing.

If you need your order by a specific date – such as for a wedding, birthday, or Christmas – we strongly recommend upgrading your shipping at checkout.
Royal Mail 2nd Class is not a guaranteed service and can take up to 10 working days to arrive. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive later than the estimated date when 2nd Class is chosen.

Note that Tracked24 and Tracked48 DO NOT SPEED UP PROCESSING TIMES - only postage times. Only the Rush Tracked will speed up the processing time of your order.

  • Rush Tracked – Delivered door-to-door within 3 working days (includes weekend delivery)

Non-Standard Shipping

If you require a different shipping method (e.g. courier or express service), we’re happy to help. Please contact us before placing your order. A small admin fee may apply depending on your request.

Working days

All delivery timeframes are based on UK working days. This means weekends and bank holidays do not count towards your delivery window and may delay arrival slightly.

Processing Time

Every item is made to order in our studio with care. Outside of peak periods, our processing time is typically 2–5 working days. During busy seasons like Christmas, please allow up to 10 working days for us to create your item.

The most up-to-date turnaround time is always listed on each individual product page. Please check the “Estimated Delivery” section before placing your order, as times may vary by product.

If we’re taking a short break, this will be clearly stated via our shop banners and reflected in extended delivery timeframes.

Bulk / Special Requests

We’re happy to handle bulk orders or bespoke requests. Shipping times and charges for these will be confirmed at the quotation stage, including any applicable terms such as insurance. Please get in touch to discuss your needs.

International Orders

We offer worldwide shipping via our Etsy store (click here to access).

If you can’t find a specific item on Etsy, just send us a message there with details of what you’d like – we’re more than happy to set up a custom listing for you.

Please note: prices on Etsy may differ slightly from our website as they include third-party platform fees and international processing costs.
