Not for every project. We welcome one-off pieces, prototypes, small batches and larger production runs. A minimum quantity may apply where a product requires substantial bespoke setup, but this will always be explained before you commit to an order.
Yes. Many of our business projects begin with an idea rather than an existing website product. Tell us what you need and we will advise whether it can be created using our available materials, processes and production capacity.
Yes. We can incorporate logos, brand colours, supplied artwork, wording and other visual details into the design where the chosen material and production method allow. Please send any brand guidelines with your enquiry.
Vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS or vector PDF are usually best for logos. A high-resolution PNG may also be suitable. Do not worry if you are unsure what you have—we can review the artwork and let you know what is needed.
Yes, in many cases. The same overall design can often include different names, roles, dates, messages or individual details across an order. Please mention variable personalisation when requesting your quotation.
Yes, depending on the product, material, required date and current production schedule. Please contact us as early as possible for larger orders, launches, events and corporate Christmas projects.
Yes. We are happy to review and sign reasonable Non-Disclosure Agreements for confidential projects, internal events, product launches, media productions and unreleased campaigns.
Lead times vary depending on the design work, quantity, materials and time of year. Once we have reviewed your brief, we will provide an expected design and production schedule. Christmas and large-volume orders should be discussed as early as possible. Note we are most busy during the Christmas period so any large Christmas orders are usually completed before October.
Yes. You do not need to supply a production-ready design. Send us your concept, intended use and any inspiration you have, and we can help establish a suitable design direction, material and format.
We typically send large orders to one singular address but this is taken on a case by case basis.
Multiple-address delivery may be available for employee, client or event gifting projects. Please include the number of addresses and required delivery dates in your enquiry so that packing and postage can be considered in the quotation.
