TilleyTree Rush Service

Your order may be given the option to upgrade to the TilleyTree's Rush service at the checkout. The price is based on the current 24 hours tracked service that we offer, plus £5 for us to prioritise your order.

What do you get?

  1. We will count one working day if the order is placed before 12:00 (noon). Anything ordered after this will be processed the following working day.
  2. Your items will be handmade, packaged and posted within 1 working day (depending on when payment was completed).
  3. Your items will be sent using Royal Mail 24 Tracked which aims to be with you the following day. 
  4. This service usually lets us get your item to you within 2 days, however we allow an extra day for postage delays.

Things to know

  • Orders will be processed the same day if completed before 12:00 noon
  • Our postage service includes delivery on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • We will check your order over before we make it, and we will contact you if we see any glaring errors such as spelling or grammar. However, as we work quickly, if we do not get a response in a reasonable time then will send you item out as you have asked in your original order.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery service. At current, our delivery service has a 98% track record, however we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. We always work with our customers to find the best solution in these circumstances.
  • Please know that we do not work on bank holidays or weekends.
  • We are unable to apply this offer to longer processing time items, such as our "save the dates". If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you and find a resolution.
