This heart shaped tag has SO many uses - A wedding place setting, a Valentine's Day Basket tag, a name label for a bag, a decoration for the home - the choices are completely yours. Available in sets of 2 or more. If you require more, personalise these first, add to basket, then repeat.

Choice of 3 fonts - please look carefully at each as some letters appear quite uniquely. If you'd like a really plain font or anything changing, please get in touch!

Each item is lovingly handmade from our small home business. We are a very small team of 2 making each item, which is made from scratch from our garden studio.
