Our current production turnaround time is displayed in the banner at the top of our website. This changes regularly depending on how busy we are, particularly during peak periods such as Christmas.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Postal delays can occasionally occur, so we recommend selecting a tracked service if your order is needed for a particular date.

Each item is lovingly handmade to order in our small garden studio in rural Scotland. As a one-woman business, I carefully make and package every order myself.
Please remember: Production turnaround times are additional to the postage estimates above. Due to our rural location, we have limited Royal Mail collections and cannot currently offer a rush service.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Please allow additional time during busy periods and public holidays.

This product is packaged in an eco-friendly way. For smaller products, they will arrive wrapped in tissue paper and in a cardboard slip. For multiple, or larger items, they will arrive in a cardboard postage box, wrapped in tissue paper on a bed of eco-friendly straw.
For UK orders, we pop a little square of seed paper in with each order. See our Let-it-grow page for types included.
Note: You must alert us if you do not wish to receive the seeded paper due to allergens or any other circumstance.
