How to Send Your Drawing:
- If you choose to send a photo for engraving, please email it to contact@tilleytree.co.uk within 24 hours of ordering to avoid delays.
- The drawing must be on white paper, and darker colours work best for engraving, as lighter colours may not be picked up as clearly. Biro or black felt tip is ideal, without colour.

Each item is lovingly handmade from our small home business the following working day. It currently takes between
3 to 5 working days (Christmas only) for us to make and package your order.
If you need your item sooner than the estimations
above, please contact us by email to see if it is possible.
Note: Typical working weeks are included in the above calculation, however bank holidays are not. Please allow for additional time if there is a bank holiday within your estimated time of arrival.
This product is packaged in an eco-friendly way. For smaller products, they will arrive wrapped in tissue paper and in a cardboard slip. For multiple, or larger items, they will arrive in a cardboard postage box, wrapped in tissue paper on a bed of eco-friendly straw.
