Each item is lovingly handmade from our small home business. We are a very small team of 2 making each item, which is made from scratch from our garden studio. Please see each item description for for our current processing times (note this typically ranges from 2-10 working days) for us to make and package your order.
If you need your item sooner than the estimations above, please contact us by email to see if it is possible.

Note: Typical working weeks are included in the above calculation, however bank holidays are not. Please allow for additional time if there is a bank holiday within your estimated time of arrival.

This product is packaged in an eco-friendly way. For smaller products, they will arrive wrapped in tissue paper and in a cardboard slip. For multiple, or larger items, they will arrive in a cardboard postage box, wrapped in tissue paper on a bed of eco-friendly straw.

For UK orders, we pop a little square of seed paper in with each order. See our Let-it-grow page for types included.
