Oval Wooden Birth Stat Plaque – Fill-in Baby Announcement Sign with Ribbon
Celebrate your baby's arrival with this beautifully simple oval birth stat plaque – a timeless keepsake perfect for flat lays, hospital photos, or nursery styling. Crafted from smooth 4mm FSC-certified maple wood, this elegant sign features engraved headings for baby's name, date, time, weight, and length – ready for you to fill in by hand once your little one arrives.
The clean oval shape and natural finish make this a beautiful choice for gender-neutral or baby boy announcements. Each plaque includes your choice of hand-tied chiffon ribbon in blue, pink, or soft off-white - note that shades can vary dependant on stock sent by ribbon supplier – perfect for adding a soft touch to your baby reveal or photography setup.
Sized at approx. 16cm x 13cm, it's ideal for hospital bags, baby shower gifts, or maternity keepsake boxes. Use a fine-tipped permanent marker or paint pen to complete your baby’s birth details. You can also request small design tweaks such as a cut-out heart or a customised heading – just add a note in the personalisation box or drop us a message.
