How to Order & Send Your Photo:

Ensure your photo is ready before ordering
Take a side profile photo against a plain, white background (such as a light-painted wall or door)
Position your eye level with their ear, ensuring only one eye and one cheek are visible
Once your order is placed, email the image to contact@tilleytree.co.uk with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order.

Each item is lovingly handmade from our small home business the following working day. It currently takes between 3 to 5 working days (Christmas only) for us to make and package your order.
If you need your item sooner than the estimations above, please contact us by email to see if it is possible.

Note: Typical working weeks are included in the above calculation, however bank holidays are not. Please allow for additional time if there is a bank holiday within your estimated time of arrival.

This product is packaged in an eco-friendly way. For smaller products, they will arrive wrapped in tissue paper and in a cardboard slip. For multiple, or larger items, they will arrive in a cardboard postage box, wrapped in tissue paper on a bed of eco-friendly straw.

For UK orders, we pop a little square of seed paper in with each order. See our Let-it-grow page for types included.

Note: You must alert us if you do not wish to receive the seeded paper due to allergens or any other circumstance.
